KHI is a independently owned and operated business by Kyle Keck. Kyle has been involved in the home construction and remodeling industry for over 15 years, and a licensed contractor in PA for 5+ years. During this time he has worked on and installed many components and systems that are in a home. As a result of working first hand with these systems, he has a thorough understanding of how they should be installed and how they function. In addition to knowledge on proper function, he can spot any potential problems. Building on his experience as a contractor, Kyle has completed training through ICA (Inspection Certification Associates), Joined ASHI American Society of Home Inspectors, and is a certified radon tester by the PADEP (PA-Department of Environmental Protection.)

KHI’s mission is to provide an objective, honest home inspection, at a reasonable rate. Before each inspection we will answer any questions you have about your inspection. With each inspection you will receive a full detailed report along with digital pictures that will point to any findings or areas of concern.
